Privacy Notice
What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
ChainDiligence ("we") operates chaindiligence.com. For questions about this notice or your personal data, contact privacy@chaindiligence.com.
What we collect and why
- Demo and contact requests. If you submit the contact form or email us, we process the details you provide (such as name, company, and message) to respond to you. Lawful basis: your request / our legitimate interest in replying.
- First-party analytics (consent only). If you allow analytics cookies, we record pseudonymous usage events — page views, clicks, and which products you open — to understand and improve the site. Lawful basis: your consent.
- Strictly necessary data. We store your cookie choices so we can honor them. This does not require consent.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
- We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- We do not store your IP address with analytics events (we keep country only).
- We do not attempt to identify you from analytics data — identifiers are random and first-party.
How long we keep it
Analytics events are retained for a limited period and then deleted automatically. Consent records are kept as proof that we honored your choice. Contact-request correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
Where it is processed
Data is processed on cloud infrastructure located in the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can change cookie choices from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, or exercise other rights by emailing privacy@chaindiligence.com.
Changes
We may update this notice. Material changes to how we use cookies will trigger a fresh consent request. See our Cookie Policy for the current cookie list.
